Flat Rate Labor: All inspections and post-inspection consultations are billed at a flat rate of $99 per hour.
Door-to-Door Billing: For mobile inspections, billing starts when the technician leaves the shop and ends upon their return to 8952 State Highway 13.
Post-Inspection Support: Follow-up deep-dives or "Post-Inspections" after a purchase are billed at the same $99 per hour rate to ensure technical accuracy.
(Cancellation Policy)
Cancellation Window: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
The Penalty: Late cancellations or "No-Shows" will be charged 50% of the estimated booking total to cover lost operational time.
